World Environment Day Marked

On the occasion of 5 June – World Environment Day, an exhibition of artworks by pupils from 5th to 8th grade of the Arsenije Loma Elementary School was opened at the Vojislav Ilić Cultural Centre in Rudnik. Based on the selection of works, the jury members — Vesna Cvetić, painter; Valentina Nađ, sculptor and children’s program editor at the Cultural Centre of Gornji Milanovac; and Nevena Čavorović, editor at the Cultural Centre of Gornji Milanovac and graphic designer — selected the three prize-winning works.

• 1st place: Lana Đurđević, 8th grade
• 2nd place: Hristina Jakovljević, 6th grade
• 3rd place: Andrej Karajlović, 5th grade

Commendations were awarded to the works of Lazar Bakić (8th grade), Andrej Tomić (5th grade), Pavle Marković (5th grade), Teodor Ivanović (7th grade), and Đurđa Novaković (5th grade).
At the exhibition opening, speeches were given by Aco Ilić, General Director, and Dragana Miletić, Principal of Arsenije Loma Elementary School.
