An Exhibition Entitled “Dear Mr Colleague! Correspondence by Milutin Milanković“

An exhibition dedicated to famous Serbian scientist Milutin Milanković was opened in the gallery of the “Vojislav Ilić” Cultural Centre in Rudnik on Friday, March 27. Visitors to the exhibition will be introduced to Milanković’s personal and scientific world as the carefully selected exhibits include correspondence with the most famous scientists, the letters that shed light on the origins of his theories, but also some exceptional documents, such as a birthday greeting to Nikola Tesla, as well as letters written by the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople Meletius IV, mathematician Mihailo Petrović Alas, Russian-German geographer Wladimir Köppen and German climatologist Alfred Wegener.
