Traditional decoration of New Year fir trees with recycled materials

Within the green culture education festival “GM Green Fest”, organized by the Environment Protection Office of Gornji Milanovac Municipality and citizens’ assocations GM Ekobalans, GM Optimista and Ekooko of Gornji Milanovac, an ecological workshop was held on 26 December. The workshop was entitled “Let’s Be Imaginative and Protect Our Planet during Holidays as well” and was accompanied by the traditional decoration of New Year fir trees with roots, with decorations made of recycled materials, which was attended by pupils and high school students from Gornji Milanovac.   This year as well, it was the Rudnik company that provided the fir trees as a sign of support to the festival.
